Calm Pain

In this phase our goal is to calm the pain response & break down compensations hindering your success. We do this utilizing the chiropractic manipulation and a variety of soft tissue therapies including dry needling, myofascial release, cupping, IASTM & rehab.

Restore Your Foundation

We have broken the bad habits, now we can address imbalances by restoring stability & mobility where necessary.  We do this through specific retraining and rehabilitation exercises.

Get Back To What You Love!

This is where we achieve those goals we set at the beginning of treatment! Restoring function to get you back to what you love!
